***** The NJSA 04 Coach of the Year for 2009/2010 is DON GREEN 

After leading the NJSA 04 Blast to the NJYS State Cup, the US Club Soccer State Cup and the Region 1 Championship all in the same year Coach Don Green becomes the first coach at NJSA 04 to ever win the Coach of the Year Award for a second time. The Blast, now ranked #1 in the USA is the team to beat heading into the 2010-11 season. 

***** The NJSA 04 Male Player of the Year for 2009/10 is ZACHARY TASHJY 

Playing for the U14 Pre-Academy Team Zach became a force in the net. He was able to come up with all the big saves in the big games. Besides being an excellent goalkeeper Zach was a great example to his team by always working extremely hard. The Pre-Academy U14 team was one of the top 3 teams in the NEPAL (North East PreAcademy League)

***** The NJSA 04 Female Co-Players of the Year for 2009/10 are GABBY BAIR (Blast) and HAILLEY CARTAS (Power) 

Gabby was a force for the NJSA 04 Blast, the #1 Ranked team in the USA, as they tore through the competition in NJ and at the Regional Tournament in West Virginia where the Blast were crowned as the only team from NJ to win a Region 1 Championship.

Hailley overcame switching positions and a lack of playing time over the last 3 and a half years to not only earn a starting spot and 100% playing time but to become a team leader and a great example to the rest of the team. The NJSA 04 Power was NJYS State Cup semifinalist after being the US Club State Champion last year. The team will be going for the title again this year.
