***** The NJSA 04 Coach of the Year for 2008/2009 is ARMANDO TARAZONA 

Having been involved with NJSA 04 for 4 years, Coach Armando has done a great job developing his teams and competing against all top competition. His NJSA 04 Inter Team was amongs the best teams in the state and beat some of region 1 most powerful teams.  His NJSA 04 Cosmos Team went from an average team to one which was able to compete for Regional and National titles. 

***** The NJSA 04 Male Player of the Year for 2008/09 is ETHAN DECKER (Manahawken,NJ).

Playing for the U14 NJSA 04 United Team Ethan was able to lead the team to its first State Championship, its first Region 1 Final and a top 5 ranking in the USA. The team came withing one goal of the of competing for the National Championship. Ethan became one of the most dangerous forwards in the USA and was recognized by getting a call to the U15 National Team this summer.

***** The NJSA 04 Female Player of the Year for 2008/09 is FRANKIE TAGLIAFERRI (Keyport,NJ).

Playing up an age-group for her third straight year Frankie led the way with her speed, great balance and big goals against all the toughest competition. She was instrumental in the NJSA 04 Blast team as it became a National power in the age-group.  The team ended the year ranked first in Region 1 and in the top 5 in the USA!!!
