November 11, 2008 ....... Members of the U18 and U20 Mexico National Team paid a visit to NJSA 04 on Friday. The Mexico U18 National Team beat Chelsea FC (England) 1-0 in the final of the Annual St. Benedict’s Prep International Tournament at NJIT in Newark. " We spoke with Tab in July in Laredo while our U20 National Teams played eachother (USA defeated Mexico 3-0 in Texas) and wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to come down and talk about some different training philosophies" said Cesar Vega Perrone, current assistant coach of Mexico’s U18 and U20 National Teams. NJSA 04 were represented by Tab Ramos and Waldemar Patino, head coach of the NJSA 04 Rush. "It is an honor for our club to have members of the Mexican delegation here at our facility, we had a lengthy conversation about development and certainly a great opportunity for us to learn. The Mexican player in general is one that is very skillful, that is something that we desperately lack in this country and our main focus here at NJSA 04" --- Tab Ramos
